When I first trained as an Architect over 10 years ago, I’d never dreamt I’d have such a fantastic team (and business). As you can imagine, I spend a lot of my free time running Motion, but when I’m out of the office - I’d always rather be climbing the nearest mountain!

I am an experienced project manager with 30 years' experience in multiple roles including client, contractor and consultant across the UK and Europe. In my free time, I am a keen traveller, have supported Sheffield United FC since the late 70's, and enjoy cold water swimming.

I am an experienced project manager with 20 years' experience across the construction industry, in multiple roles including client, contractor and developer across the UK and Ireland. In my free time, outside of work, I love the outdoors, hiking, swimming, kayaking and exploring the countryside with my wife and dogs.

I am a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience in development and environmental fields. I have knowledge across a range of areas from housing schemes to feasibility to contract management. In my free time, I am a RockFit instructor, and enjoy spending time adventuring and attending festivals with my husband and crazy dogs in our tourer caravan ‘Elvis’!

I bring 6 years of experience in domestic and healthcare construction, as well as 8 years of experience working in the events industry. I spend my free time exploring in my campervan with my wife, young daughter and dog, or tackling my latest DIY project.

I’m all things Operations in the business, whether I’m trying to implement new systems or solve the latest problem the team has created. Thankfully being a trained yoga teacher, I manage to bring some sort of zen to our buzzing and growing start up.

I am the Finance Manager at Motion. I have 12 years' experience as a qualified accountant, with 7 of those years being in Finance Management roles. I love anything numbers and excel related! When I'm not working, I spend my time trying to keep up with my two young children, attempting to keep fit and getting out in the countryside as much as possible.

I’m the People & Culture Manager here at Motion. I have over 7 years' experience in HR and I’m really passionate about creating an environment that our people can thrive in. In my free time, I love being in the outdoors, snowboarding, surfing, camping or exploring somewhere sunny with my fiancé and son.

As MPM’s Operation's Manager, my days are kept busy looking after the team and keeping the office operating as smoothly as possible, so that our team can do what they do best! When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me cooking something up in the kitchen or out in the fresh air with my husband, my son and our two dogs.

I am a Finance Assistant with 9 years experience working in the construction industry. When I'm not working I love getting out for walks with my family and I apparently love renovating houses with my partner.
