The Mezz, AO Arena

This project saw the construction of a mezzanine level within an existing area at the back of the Arena. A significant period of M&E services relocation and demolition took place before the construction and fit out works could take place. “The Mezz” as it is known has created a VIP bar and VIP restaurant with a total of 400 capacity which has direct access to the VIP seating area. The project also saw the creation of a new concourse to the lower level which enabled the standing capacity of the bowl to be increased to 6250.
