Utopia City

In response to increased demands for employment land in Wrexham, Utopia City Phase One provides an extension to Wrexham Industrial Estate, with over 135,000sqm of new build industrial space across multiple units varying in size. With an emphasis on protecting the resident Great Crested Newt population, the site provides additional woodland space, wetland and pond areas whilst maintaining native hedgerows. The scheme encompasses improvements to the surrounding highways infrastructure network; a new 33kV Primary Sub-Station; and relocation of an existing gas main.
