VIP Entrance, AO Arena

The project was to improve the customer VIP journey and to make the entrance more premium. This included a small demolition to open up the space, all new finishes and furniture, building of new walls and introduction of new services to allow for safe operation of the space whilst ensuring its premium feel. The works cover the journey from the car park to the point where the customer is escorted to their VIP suite.
