Dome House, Spitalfields

This project involves the refurbishment and restoration of Dome House, an existing Grade II building. The aim is to create additional GIA/NIA through careful restoration of the existing structure. Works include the restoration of structural cores and floors, including historic timber roof structure, redesign of entrance doors for improved accessibility, basement redevelopment with new facilities and improved stair access, enhancing the interior spaces with Cat A/B fit out, improving energy efficiency by insulating and re-tiling the roof and implementing sustainable design strategies.
