Land South Development

The proposed building use is for a manufacturing/warehouse distribution to support Net World Sport’s wider business aspirations. The proposed development will feature a total of 14,564m2 of warehouse and office space, the site will also include 146 parking spaces. The building will be serviced by 10 level dock doors in addition to 5 level access roller shutters. The development will also incorporate new landscaping and maintain a Strategic Ecological Network around the southern and eastern edges of the site. Access to the site will be improved with an enhanced existing entrance off Bryn Lane.
